71% of members reported using club space daily or weekly 

One-third of clubs have a wait list for classes: 

- Glass Arts uses a “lottery” to select students

- Pottery classes regularly “sell out” the first day

- Woodcarving limits class size and turns away residents interested in woodworking

- Quilting only offers standard classes—not specialty classes that many members desire 

Two-thirds of club presidents and three-quarters of members said club space is NOT adequate 

Club members most desire cooking, pottery wheel and stained-glass classes…followed closely by Woodworking 

Nearly 75% said the CAC was extremely/very important in buying at Pebble Creek
