Funding the Arts

After receiving business case approval from the HOA President to continue moving forward, we set a goal to raise net $200K over multiple years to help offset the expansion costs.

Donations began with “seed money” from  larger clubs and some initial donations from patrons of the arts to help us get started. In two years and through multiple fundraisers, we reached our $200K goal!  As of 12/31/25, we raised $212,897. Our funds continue to grow with interest earned on two CDs invested with Chase Bank.
